Lil' Byte Softstuff is nearing the beta release of the new role playing game:

The Legend of

This game uses a MUD format in the D&D tradition. In the single player mode your character can join non-player characters found throughout the game to solve puzzles, adventure, and fight the monsters they meet along the way. In multiplayer mode a player can set up a game server and host as many as 5 other players to join in the adventure over the internet, or can join a game being hosted elsewhere.
